How to Insert Audio From YouTube Into Google Slides
To add YouTube audio to Google Slides, simply follow the steps below.
1. Find a YouTube Video with the Desired Audio
Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to “youtube.com”. Search for the YouTube video that contains the audio you want to include in your Google Slides presentation.

2. Copy the YouTube Video URL
Once you’ve found the video, copy its URL from the browser’s address bar. You can do this by right-clicking the URL and selecting “Copy” or by pressing Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on Mac).

3. Insert Video in Google Slides
Return to your Google Slides presentation. Click on the slide where you want to add the audio. Then, go to the top menu and select “Insert” followed by “Video.”

4. Paste the YouTube URL
In the “Insert video” dialog box, paste the YouTube URL you copied earlier into the box provided and press “Enter.” Google Slides will process the URL and display a thumbnail preview of the video.

5. Adjust Video Settings
Once the video is inserted, click on it to select it. Then, use the video format options under Video playback to set it to play automatically when you reach that slide. You might also want to resize the video or reposition it on the slide, depending on how prominently you want the audio source displayed.

6. Hide Video (Optional)
If you only want the audio and not the video to be visible, you can resize the video to a very small size and move it off the visible slide area or behind another object.

7. Test the Audio
After setting up the video, start your presentation from the current slide to test if the audio plays correctly as intended.
